These are signings that happen all the time across all clubs. On the glass half full side we have a hardened prop that if called upon, doesn't drop his head when his team is down by 20 points (due to his time at Titans) which might rub off onto our young forwards, if only 1 of our young forwards gels with him and gets advice about being a better player than it's upside. The guy is also heavily involved (or at least has been) with the Starlight Foundation who volunteers to put the smiles on faces of sick kids so if some selfless attitude also rubs off on our guys making them better humans then the signing is worth it.
