The Broncos have been hit by a couple of injuries with John Te Reo denied the chance of returning in Broncos colours on his home ground. Te Reo has a groin injury, as does Denan Kemp, who is off the wing. Kemp will be replaced by affiliate club Norths flanker Daniel Ogden, while Kurt Baptiste will play hooker. Youngster Jordan Kahu will fill the fullback role with Dane Gagai back to the under-20s match that will precede the NRL trial. Hunt will take on the captaincy duties after playing 20 NRL games last year. The Broncos team will be under the watchful eye of assistant coach Anthony Griffin in the match that kicks off at 7pm. 1.
