I work out and train pretty hard nearly every day which, for me at 63, is fun and pain ... the fun makes the pain bearable when I focus on the pain = gain fantasy haha, and then, I saw this absolutely amazing article and vid, and I wondered, what exactly does our wonderful 1st grade team do in a normal week of training?

Can any of my fellow fans tell me? Has anyone been to a full week of Broncos training? How does it "compare" to what you see in the video below?

As a tag on question - does anyone know the days/times the boys train? I'm keen to go over and watch at some stage.
