We need to be consistent and have confidence, so i have no concerns with peaking to early. Our coaching staff will be drilling this into the youngsters, that is is only Rd 3 and if we just aim for improvement each week, we will be fine. The club is too professional to let tis early good form get to their head, comps are won in March etc. [/QUOTE]
