I know Henjak is working with kids, but I don't think we're a bottom of the ladder team. His team choices are not the best and the game of musical chairs in the team has never been proved a success by any team in the past comps. Our attitude needs to change and our skills need to be devloped and Henjak I don't think is capable of doing that.
