I think if we could have gotten into an arm wrestle early and scored first we could have made a game of it but Melbourne were too good. We may have missed 60 odd tackles, but they made us miss those tackles from just tiring us out. I was disappointed with a couple of Hodges's decisions to rush in. Well, not so much the decisions themselves because if he made the tackle it's a good defensive play, but the fact that he didn't make the tackle left Lockyer and poor Yow Yeh posted. Oh well, to next year now. It was a good effort for the boys to get as far as they did after the Raiders game and I'm proud of them.
