I said it elsewhere, but I belive the Broncos should be looking at 2nd tier nation players for development, especially from a systematic point of view. It would take Bellamy's moneyball approach and mix it with the 90's Broncos rep level star-power, just without losing everybody to Origin. It will take more time development wise but I believe it's better than signing every pontential superstar we can see, only to lose them due to trying to develop the last potential superstar.
