There is nothing stopping Barba from remaining, I'd prefer he would do so and take it onboard as a wake up call that regardless of where he plays his got a tough job ahead of him to regain the form he had, ultimately that's his decision and while I'd be disappointed to see him go I'd support that and wish him luck.
