Hell Alfie was so emotional as captain he didn't want to let the side down and ended up retiring, some would say he was taking the easy way out but that was the sort of bloke Alfie was, he didn't want to let anyone down. It's time for Seibold to send the message to the team, especially those on the big paychecks. Shape up or ship out. I think you can start at the very least by dropping Boyd to the intrust cup.
