Young has no position of power with Farah and so nothing more need be said. This is different to the case of Andrew Johns earlier in the year because he was in the position of Assistant Coach and by calling Greg Inglis a black c*** he was implying to the indigenous players in his own team that he had a lack of respect for them. They would ask the question "does he not select me/praise me/does he pick on me because of my colour?" When it's your peers you should deal with it yourselves. In this case, Farah should've (ideally after the game when tempers were settled) "Hey Dean, that wasn't cool what you said" and Young should've just said "Sorry mate"...done, dusted. [/QUOTE]
