You can pretty much be assured that any game involving a top 4 vs bottom 8 will get **** all viewers... you can probably expand that out to top 4 vs anyone else. I saw a stat the other day that Parra, Storm and Panthers are keeping their opponents in their own half for basically 65% of their time in possession.... it means if you're watching a game vs a top 4 team then you're basically just watching your team do 1 out get out sets for 80mins or just standing behind the posts watching conversions. Fans of a bottom 8 team know they have **** all chance of winning in the current climate, so they wont bother tuning in at all. Or maybe they watch for 10mins to see if they have a chance, but as soon as the score blows out they'll switch off. Neutral fans already wouldnt care about the result... I daresay the neutral fans watching nowadays are only tuning in to check out the supercoach scores. I dont even want to watch this week or next week's games, because at this point it just makes me angry watching them and standing zero chance of winning most games. Even if they do turn up all it takes is some BS refereeing and the game is turned on its head and ended as a contest
