It does make the halves job a lot easier and Croft should provide enough steady management and I'd expect Dearden to blossom after we start winning ugly. I can see a mid table team developed by seasons end and the bones of a top four team next year. We absolutely must keep the new standard though and I'm stoked next game is in Darwin.
