In effect, I believe Bennett tries to pick a balanced line-up. He's already got the strike players in Milford, Hunt, Roberts etc. so picking players who will do their job is the upmost importance. Whether that's Anderson, Eden or other players like Opacic, Pearson, Alick or Te Rupe is yet to be determined. As exciting as Anderson is, I wouldn't be surprised to see him selected as second or even third preference.
