They also helped keep the guys grounded and would tell them to pull their head in if they were starting to get out of line before it got too bad. Was a big part of what made the club a family of sorts and they would all do just about anything for each other. I think this has fallen by the way-side over the past few years - which has probably contributed in a small way to the gradual decline in the players' passion and pride for the Broncos jersey.
