I'm needing this to reference for an assignment due tomorrow.

I've had a poke around on google and the NRL website, but can't seem to find a rulebook anywhere!

If anyone knows where i might be able to find one online this would be greatly appreciated.

Try the Storm website. I know that seems like hell but I went on their site and I found the rules of league.
