Six weeks with 83 carryover points. Haynes base points are 325 which is reduced to 243 points with early plea therefore 2 weeks suspension and 43 carryover points and he has no pevious conviction on a dang throw so no loading.

If hodges gets downgraded to a dangerous 2 (Same as Hayne) he will still get 4 weeks because of his prior conviction
