The Raiders can only dream of luring somebody like Martin Kennedy, whereas we dream of offloading him. The Broncos and the Raiders are two clubs travelling in directly opposite directions. As for fixing the Raiders, it has to come down to juniors, because as I said, they cannot recruit talent. But even then, their best 3 of recent years (Dugan, Carney & Milford) are all gone. So in terms of what they can achieve, they need to find a way to rectify that. But IMO they are massively crippled by their own geography and are up shit creek with a long straw for a paddle.
