Maranta was an honest player who was actually strong under the high ball but struggled in every other department. The only real similarity they had was that they were both far more comfortable at fullback, but even then, Maranta was the type who'd float around the middle and push up if there was a break - Isaako tends to float around his playmakers looking to hurt teams around the edges.
