I'm not even a fan of this team but I really don't like the composition of our top 29 so options are limited. Too many forwards, too few legitimate wingers, no alternative hooking option. After June 30th Turpin, Dearden, T Boyd and Farnsworth become options, and Su'a and Isaako have hopefully fixed their issues. * I like TPJ, and I want him in the team. But I see no point retaining him if we continue to offer one of the game's best offloaders zero support when he takes a hit-up. It would be like playing Luke Burt on the wing and having Nathan Hindmarsh take your conversions. Future years: Offload McCullough and Boyd if anyone offers to take them, sign a hooker, sign a back up hooker, offload Ofahengaue if he costs more than 300 to retain, sign a proven, if unspectacular, wing option for depth, consider moving Bird to fullback while keeping an eye on Niu's development (having two big-money centres is a poor use of cap space and blocks the pathways of developing talent like Staggs). And just in general focus more on signing and developing players who make intelligent decisions rather than those with astounding physical gifts (except TPJ). Right now we're just playing stupidly.
