If I'm the coach i tell the forwards to start looking for offloads and tell everyone else to expect offloads. Nothing worse then a late offload going to ground because everyone thinks the play is dead. Obviously none of this matters if we continue our ill disciplined footy but i just feel we are a better side with less structure and more ad lib.
