And whilst I disagree that Klemmer should have been picked full stop, I think it is irrelevant because if I were to have removed a player from the squad to accommodate McGuire, it would have been one of the heap of second rowers in the squad that were barely used over Klemmer. But regardless, McGuire would have been a far more useful addition to the squad as he is more experienced, can play greater minutes, has better defense, and was more versatile player than Klemmer. He would have been starting prop material, something Klemmer clearly wasn't, nor isn't, at least yet. Klemmer certainly has a bright future, but was one of the many forced selections by Sheens as some cheap attempt at blooding youth way too early.
