How will that affect the club long term? 4) It would let the players off the hook and delay future roster changes, when potentially the problem is both roster AND strategy. It is my opinion that if Wayne is to go - another coach has to be moved in alongside Wayne and the chat has to be had as a "transition" period. Any other way would not end well. [/QUOTE]
