I want to see immediate consistency and consecutive wins early next year, and with the pieces we've added that's achievable. If we finish inside the eight that would be a successful year; if we win more gams than we lose I'll consider expectations to have been exceeded. I don't remember looking forward to a season in recent years as much as I'm looking forward to next year.
