Alfie had been apart of our coaching staff since 08 & if anything oversaw some of our worst years. I didn't see any positive changes he brought in as an assistant (unless he was the one who brought in the set plays that magically disappeared when Henjak left) & he never seemed to want to do anything in coaching and always talked himself down.
