Let them know that they are all on notice and that missed tackles, lake of passion on the field and misstakes will not be tolerated. 3rd. I would speak to all the younger guys in the team, maybe get some of the past legends of the Broncos to come in and speak to the guys, let them know what the jersey means and that its something they have to earn. I think there is a complete lack of pride in the jersey so i think what ever can be done to restore that pride needs to be done. 4th: Need to find a way to get Folau more involved what ever it takes, i think i have only seen one bomb to his side all season.
