I respect your right to that opinion but vehemently disagree. I think he's winning posters over and I think he's winning at work too. I believe he's catching the eye with KW and his staff and he's possibly just a late bloomer, no bad thing for a prop. I won't be surprised if he gets upgraded or attracts an external offer.
