My concern though for Walsh at present is, even though he is competitive and will be a great leader, is he at that point right now where he can pull someone like Mam in line and if not, have the guts to call him out or even suggest pushing him out if it comes to that? Maguire is probably a good fit IF the players have matured enough to the point where they will back up his message even if it means calling one of their besties out. If they aren't at that point, Maguire won't last long I don't think if we have another difficult season. [/QUOTE]
