It seems pretty lame to say "I've heard some people point to the Daniel Tupou tackle on Mikaele Ravalawa on Anzac Day at the SCG as some sort of proof the referees favour the Roosters, however that was nothing more than a mistake which the NRL has since admitted to. The high-tackle should have been punished on the field with the Roosters winger sent to the sin-bin, but the flyer finished the match and was later suspended by the match review committee." He obviously has not been reading the forums at BHQ as there is at least half a dozen examples that are far worse than this and to pretend that the noise revolves around this one incident is fairly disingenuous. He also goes on about the game ending if we have no referees yet the vast majority of the time it's teh bunker's poor interpretation of the incident that is the root of the issue. I'd hazzard a guess he's a Rooster's or one of the top Sydney teams supporter as he obviously has not seen some of the howlers dished out to ALL the Qld teams.
