If they can't do that in the allocated time, then the options available are merge, or relocate, or here's a lump of cash to give your members, it's been great, you're now part of the history of this game. The NRL need to work towards having more control over the game, and how it's run. Right now they pander to the NSWRL and it's idiotic management who are holding the game back. Go to them, tell them what's going to happen, and if they don't fucking like it, they can withdraw from the competition, and the NRL can move forward with the introduction of a new team in another area, or run with less teams. Banning shoulder charges and punching isn't going to propel this sport into the world, making big, tough, ball breaking decisions will. [/QUOTE]
