Dodds I don't see as a starting prop as he is purely a defensive prop and with Blair being already at prop and not known for his metres made we need a prop that will make metres when starting. I see Dodds filling in on the bench throughout the year either when injury strikes, origin or if a young prop needs a stint in ISC. Wouldn't have him in him in our strongest 17. The starting prop spot should go to the player that impresses the most in the pre-season and the other bench spots should go to those who also show they have what it takes to play with impact off the bench.
