MY PROBLEM WITH THE NRL is that they don't tear up contracts immediately upon a conviction of domestic violence. If you are found guilty of domestic violence then you should not be allowed to play elite rugby league. If they take the hard line stance immediately, then young blokes in the future will think twice about bashing their partners. I suppose they will argue that the wives won't report it because they don't want their partners to lose their income, but I don't care. It's not a good look to have Robert Lui or Kirisome Auvaa playing NRL. Yet Mitchell Pearce is the one who is copping it far and wide. Go Figure. [/QUOTE]
