Crushers failed because they made decisions like hiring Garrick Morgan on 200 k a season( he played 2, yes 2 games for them)..at the time enormous money for a player with no league experience. I felt sorry for the players but do not miss the deceitful Crushers. Was sorry to see a few other teams go down the gurgler too, most notably the Rams/Mariners and the Perth outfit.( not forgetting the solvent Coast team ) [/QUOTE]
