They alienated the best coach this club has ever had, the players, a lot of fans and gave an untested 1 year coach with no roots in this club or connection with the players the worst possible start he could have here. Words just don't do justice to how badly the front office mob fucked this up when they decided their corporate games, personal feuds and balance sheets were more important than the football team.
