Unfettered personal power is a cancer to the organisation. Part of that is the requirement for, up, down and across the football department, constant conversations about what is going right and wrong, strengths and weaknesses, what can be done better, and how people can be upskilled and motivated to do so. The club's overall football performance strategy and tactics are known, articulated, and continually communicated and understood, even right down to a player's private life, where stresses and personal issues can impact their, and the team's performance, so, that too is on the radar for care and attention.
