Nolan is never visible, and neither was Andrew Gee who was GM of football operations before Nolan... If a GM or head of football were to come in I think Nolan's role still exists, but he would be below the GM of football who would report directly to the CEO/board. I get a sense that in the broncos current football department the head coach is on par or slightly above Nolan in the current hierarchy [/QUOTE]
