But it doesn't seem like this is what Glenn wants. He just wants to be at the table. His voice can be heard, and he would speak for the playing group so their voice is heard. But most importantly no matter who is chosen he would understand the reasons for the appointment. What happens is the players feel a part of the process, they know they have been heard, and they also understand the reason they have the coach they have. It's just Management 101. [/QUOTE]
