The new CEO in this period could have overseen the review process rather than leaving it to the end of the year (with the added benefit of having fresh unbiased eyes and ears making a determination of where the problems lie and what changes need to be made). Instead we seem to have the process that is currently unfolding where we are going to be well into the off-season before those hard decisions are made. The same commentary applies to the coaching situation. It must have been apparent at least 2-3 months ago that Seibold was a dead man walking. Why stuff around in the manner that they have regarding the appointment of his replacement? The new coach should already be appointed and working in the background either assisting in the review, sorting out his coaching staff and working on the plans for the off-season. It is a sad fall from a position where our club was one of the shining examples of a well run club to where we are now rivalling Parra at its worst. [/QUOTE]
