I come across a bit strong there, but it really is the most basic form of respect and acknowledgment of a person. It is a commentators professional responsibility. Many players would be backward in coming forward due to years of systemic racism and their natural deference. I think one of the big turning points was Erin Molan's Hooka, Looka, Mooka comment.
