So if Cornish’s manager can negotiate a huge deal with a company they can give Mitch a billion dollars and it won’t be on the cap. His manager can get him 10 deals worth a billion dollars and make him bigger than Jordan. In this regard every player and manager has the same brief- go find your client deals if you want his pay to go up. Like the example I used above; clearly Smith and Thurston have been able to make deals that see them have exposure outside the areas they currently work. They’re not limiting themselves to Townsville and Melbourne. Talk to their manager and find out why they’re no on VB ads into Queensland or Skins ads around the country. Vidot was playing ISC this year and on the radio for a car yard in Ipswich. They’re not a Broncos’ sponsor so his manager did that.
