What has been in the media is that Earl KNOWINGLY used ped's ,sold and distributed ped's . To whom he sold them is unknown to me and if he refused to name names ( IF ) then perhaps that may be why he was given a heavier sentence. Reading between the lines and purely conjecture on my part but I don't think he has been a beacon of integrity and poorly treated as a result. [/QUOTE]
