What I did keep writing was that I don't know all the facts and never will. I know you don't either but only one of us has a strident view of the merits of the punishments. Me, I'd rather leave it to the entities that investigated the whole saga. I neither believe or disbelieve media reports. I take them for what they are, that is some truth and some bullshit supposition. Quite often mere opinion is offered as news. It isn't due to bias, it's because I know the way the world works.
