Even at their worse, there are a lot of silver linings and despite a very listless year last year I thought they did fairly well to finish just outside of the Top 8. Last year, I thought the biggest missing ingredient was Darius Boyd, they really lacked that extra ball-playing option. Enter Gerard Beale, the promising former Bronco who left for his opportunity at the back, I believe Beale could very well achieve his potential at the Dragons (much like Boyd did) and give them that extra ingredient the Dragons were missing last year. They'll be top 8 contenders for sure but too much of an unknown quantity to really back them. I say they'll finish about where they did last year based on the 2013 field improving on last year.
