Walters was injured early in 2000 and Walker got a chance to play halfback...he was shit. In the end Ben Ikin at five-eighth (he was recruited to play centre) and Walters at halfback guided the Broncos to a premiership...Ben Walker left and never made it anywhere else. But Ben Walker had a fair chance. He was at the club in first grade on and off for 6 years.
