And it's not sustainable, as there are a bunch of younger players on serious unders, knowing that they'll get more (but not $1 mill each) as each of the Big 3 retire. And like [USER=7802]@broncos4life[/USER] said, they're once-in-a-generation players. Smith is once in a lifetime. Just because these 3 players can make a team of journeymen competitive does not mean the same for another team, just because they spend $3 million on their top 3 players. [/QUOTE]
