For mine it is Wallace, Macca and Thaiday who need to do the organizing. So far, they have been hot and cold. My greatest disappointment is not Norman, but that neither Wallace nor Thaiday have stepped up consistently to help Norman, and to organize the side generally to execute consistently. It's either that or Hook has not shown he can match his defensive structural success with the same in attack. In any case, unless Wallace, Thaiday or whoever steps up to lead this team, we won't make the 8. [/QUOTE]
