They are both captains as well and at club level in the past 2 years Parker has played just as good as they have. Seriously Parker has been tremendous for us this season, he has been pretty much the benchmark for giving 110% effort into every game and never giving up. Another massive effort tonight, 17 runs, 40 tackles, 2 offloads, 140metres. Thaiday being captain would have made no difference IMO, the team listens to Thaiday anyway, he doesn't need a C in front of his name for others to respect and listen to him. Thaiday will get captaincy eventually but there is no reason to take it off Parker, he's doing as good a job as anyone else could. Again I have nothing against Thaiday I would love for him to be captain but his time will come. [/QUOTE]
