Talent spotting. That department needs a major clean out. Finding the right people to fit this role is IMO more important than finding another coach or even buying another half. We need a long term solution to a problem that has been festering for far too many years, As Coxy said above, we have too many average players who can do a job, but that's it. They'll never amount to anything more. Paul Kent is quite rightly one of the biggest knobs in the sporting media but unfortunately in this case he has a point that's hard to argue against. [/QUOTE]
