We bounced from Lewis > Langer > Lazo > Tallis > Webcke > Lockyer... and sadly for Lockyer is that the performances of the team are now too low for him to drag back and he's getting past being able to do it as well as he used to. I would axe Henjack, not because he is to blame, but because he is not up to fix the core problem. We have won so many games on the backs on one or two players ability and won so very few as a result of a full team effort... and that's been happening for years and I believe it has become a culture.
