There was no slide, just a bunch of players hanging about watching the ball runner, failing to anticipate the flow of a simple decoy play. From memory, we had 6 defenders on 5 and we still let them run through us like a knife through butter. I can see Souths through Walker and Reynolds tearing us apart out wide. Bennett knows we are shit out there and he will ensure we are targeted there constantly. Seibold and Ryan just have to fix that edge defence as an absolute priority, as well as Coates's fixation on the centre and not marking up and staying on his winger, not trusting his centre to do his job.
