I think the club also needs to go hard and hire some well respected and proven recruitment officers. We cannot allow the likes of another Smith or Munster slip through the cracks, when they were originally in our own backyard. It's also an interesting time as White is off contract at years end - I wouldn't be jumping to re-sign him. Sure he brings in the sponsors, but how long will sponsors put up with no success, that or they will not be willing to chip is as much $ as they currently do.
